This year we really wanted to do something fun as a family, but with our busy schedules this summer a vacation away was going to be tough. We finally decided on a "staycation" right here in Dallas. Marley's only request was that she get to stay in a hotel...oh the goals for a 4-year-old. ;)
We had seen a lot about the Hilton Anatole and with Adam's job he gets a great rate so that's where we ended up.
Unfortunately, the day we were going Marley woke up not feeling so hot and it was pouring rain. We took Marley to the doctor that morning and she really only had bad allergies so we felt good to go. We headed to the hotel that afternoon and the rain had finally stopped. They have a wonderful little waterpark at the hotel, Jadewaters, and it was perfect for us! Marley LOVED the giant waterslide...zero fear for that girl! She also loved the "canoes" in the lazy river (aka tubes). We stayed for two days and really had a great time. We highly recommend Jadewaters for your staycation here in Dallas! On the way home we asked Marley what her favorite part was and of course she said, "The elevator." Oh, well...
