state baseball champs...

 Just one more reason we love our small town!  The entire town was cheering our baseball team on all the way through the playoffs - even during the tough losses. Our high school baseball team are the 2026 4A Division II State Champs!  This is made so much more precious by the fact that I've taught many of the players.  We loved attending the playoff games with the Bailey's to cheer on our Zane!

By the state game, played at Dell Diamond, in Georgetown, Marley finally decided she "might" like baseball!  

rockin' out 2 nights in a row...

 This weekend has been crazy rockin' out at 2 different concerts for Marley!  Friday night she played at The Backyard in Waco and they did amazing!  We are so lucky to have so many close friends and family to come and rock with us and support our girl!  The Baileys, the Messerall's and of course the Smith's and Grammy and Pops came to cheer our girl on!

On Saturday night, they played at the Wings & Strings benefit in West.  It was another great showing of supporters with a surprise appearance by Brandon and Mary Rosas and Grammy Carol and Pawpaw!

I cannot explain how in awe we are of all the hard work Marley has put in!  They have practiced everyday for the past two weeks from 9-3...and it paid off!
