valentine's 2018...

I cannot remember the last time Adam was home on Valentine's Day!  Marley and I were both so excited to celebrate with him.  Marley got to go to her party at school and then she had to get her teeth cleaned at the dentist (I know...mom of the year!  First the doctor on her birthday and then the dentist on Valentine's!).  She got a 100% at the dentist and even made their Facebook page!  Then she had a Valentine's lunch date with daddy at 

Chick Fil A.

After school we went as a family to eat dinner and just enjoyed time together as a family.  Marley had even picked out beautiful pink roses for me!

puerto vallarta....

Adam and I were so fortunate to be able to spend the last week in Puerto Vallarta so here are the 10 things we learned while there...

1.  Apparently 82*F is the "cold season"...whatever, bring on the swimsuit.

2.  ALL of Canada...I mean ALL...was in Puerto Vallarta so I have no idea who's running things there right now.

3.  We MUCH prefer Tex-Mex to Mexican.

4.  A 2 hour massage it NOT too much!

5.  The Rhythm of the Night show in Las Caletas is a MUST if in Puerto Vallarta.

6.  Puerto Vallarta has the cleanest public restrooms...I mean ours in the states look like dumps compared to theirs!

7.  There are ZERO rules when driving in Mexico!

8.  Having a "CREW" tag on your luggage when flying comes with its perks.

9.  Chocolate tamales are the best kind!

10.  We will be going back...
