3 months…
I cannot believe that Marley is 3 months old today!
She weighs a little over 9lbs. and has really
developed a personality. She “laughs” or
squeals in delight and we just love hearing it!
She smiles a lot and has the cutest little crooked smile! One of her favorite things to do is to take a
bath. Thank goodness daddy loves to help
out with that!
This past week she started daycare with Miss Rhonda and Miss
Zena. The first couple of days when I
would go to pick her up her hair would be greased down to her head. Miss Rhonda said that her hair was really
dry so they had been putting Vaseline on her head. Well the ladies that keep her are
African American so I just had to explain that that’s just “white people” hair!
The first two days they called her “Tiny”,
but by day three she became “Big Mama”.
They said any 3 month old with that much attitude was a “Big Mama”. I think Adam and I are in BIG trouble in the years
to come!
She has gotten a lot better at holding her head up, but we’re
not completely there yet. She can scoot
her little butt around to completely turn her body to see the TV. She LOVES the TV! She will even follow Adam and I around the
room with her head to see where we are going.
Today Marley even got to meet her great grandpa; my dad’s
dad. I loved seeing them together.

Then we enjoyed some time with the family at my brother’s surprise

I’d say it's been a great 3 months and I can’t wait to see what’s
to come!
