June has been a busy month for us. We dived right into Summer and have made the most of every moment so far!
Marley has had sweet friends like Lily over to spend the night and play.
Then Marley spent a few days in East Texas with Gran and then traveled to Galveston with Grammy Carol and Pawpaw!
She went to her sweet friend Khloe's birthday party and the movies and then for ice cream!
She even had 2 teeth pulled and was a trooper! She did great! (Daddy, not so much - he had to stay home because he just couldn't handle it.). She was convinced that they had turned her into a pig and that teeth had noses....bahahahaha!
Her highlight might have been playing guitar with Uncle Monty when we went to Kaufman to celebrate Scott's birthday. He taught her to play her favorite song at the moment, Zombie by The Cranberries.
We even got to actually celebrate daddy ON Father's Day this year as he was home! Marley was so excited about her koozie she picked out for him!
She went to Art Camp at the Art Center of Waco for a week and absolutely loved it! She was in her element making things out of all kind of scraps and leftover materials. I love her love for creativity!
Her sweet friend Lily's dad even took them fishing with a guide at Lake Waco and Marley caught the biggest fish! But of course she was not about to touch it!
Marley and I finally made it to the Dr. Pepper Museum as she has had this on her bucket list for a while. She even decided to try a 7up Float from the soda fountain at the museum. She really loved it and we even took a little spin on the scooters downtown when we were done.
To cap off our month we finally have a boat! Adam's friend Shawn brought his boat down for us to keep since he's not using it and doesn't have a place to keep it. We really enjoyed boating down the river and reminiscing where we were on our 1st date almost 20 years ago!
