Being able to spend holidays with our little family all in one place is such a treat for us. This Thanksgiving Adam was actually home so we got to spend several days in East Texas with our extended family.
There is nothing prettier than the east Texas trees in the fall. It's the one place in Texas that you can actually "see" fall. We celebrated at the Cain family deer camp on Thanksgiving day and fortunately the weather was nice enough we got to ride around the property and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We were definitely on the lookout for wildlife, but Marley was the only one to spot a deer.
One think for sure is that Adam's family live in some of the most beautiful, peacefully locations. We also spent time with his mom and sisters at his mom's lake house. Although way too cool to get out on the lake, the view and company was fantastic!
